Dakota Fabricating heavy duty 16 tire custom chassis is designed to be Arizona, California, and Nevada road legal, with a Lippmann 30X42 Jaw crushing plant and a Lippmann 45X20 VGF Feeder with 4', 5' or 6' Grizzly sections. All materials discharge out the front on the 48" collecting conveyor. This conveyor has a removable section under the Jaw and VGF for recycling applications as needed. Save time and money with our new design hydraulic jack legs for faster and easier set up! Other options for this plant would be a pan feeder side discharging onto a conveyor based more for the larger size settings of the jaw and recycling. We will custom build any carrier to meet your specific crushing and screening requirements, using some of the country's leading manufacturers such as:

Lippmann, Nordberg, JCI, Svedala, Simplicity, Symons, Remco, and others. All chassis are equipped with lights, air brakes, flaps, and 5th wheel tow.

Aggregate & Recycling Impactor Plant with42X48 Lippmann Horizontal Shaft Impactor and 6X16 Simplicity 2-Deck Screen, 47X18 Lippmann VGF, Removable Cummins gen-set, two Power Gear legs, elecric panel & complete switch gear package. Tripple axle chassis (Quad axle available) This machine will make three different products at the same time. Plant capable of 240 TPH of recycled asphalt with 1/2" screen.

 This particular unit was custom built for Hanson Aggregate of Phoenix, Arizona. It can be seen at their plant at 51st Avenue and Broadway where Ken Hall is the plant manager. This plant has a custom built haul truck load out hopper with easy pin on application. #1470
