Dakota custom built "Portable Dozer Trap Grizzly Feeder" was built for Svedala and houses a 5' X 10' Allis-Chalmers-Svedala single deck grizzly feeder. This structural transport frame has a spread axle with dual wheels, and folding jack legs. Other features include walkways on both sides of a 48" conveyor, dozer trap enclosure with wing walls, folding 5' top extensions with 2' folding wings, lifting eyes, AR wear plates on vertical surfaces of skirtboards, feeder and conveyor, oversize and undersize chutes, 42" X 16' belt feeder - 10" channel frame; and 48" X 32' conveyor belt -12" channel frame.

Dakota Fabricating designs and builds any dozer trap configuration for your specific application. Belt sizes ranging from 24" to 60". Heavy duty 60" Dozer Trap, capable of 2,000 yards per hour. The dozer bangboard/splashboard and bolt on extension are not pictured.

Arizona Portable Dozer Trap Grizzly Feeder

This Arizona Dozer Trap was custom designed for an Allis Mineral Systems 5' X 10' single deck grizzly scalper with two 4' adjustable grizzly sections in a stepped deck configuration and 2' of impact plate at feed end. Other features included structural transpsort frame with jacks, tandem axle with air brakes, gravity trap enclosure with wing walls, AR plates on vertical surfaces of skirtboards and feeder, and oversize and undersize chutes.
