Radial Stackers

End-Fold Radial Stacking ConveyorDakota’s pit portable Radial Stacking Conveyor is designed for extreme duty and simplified highway transportation. The rigid lattice frame keeps the moving parts in alignment throughout pit or highway transportation. The telescoping undercarriage and telescoping axle provide the width and stability necessary for radial movement, to maximize stockpile size. Pit portability is made possible with side or top folds, and returning telescoping axle to legal travel width. Set up time is minimized with optional hydraulic end folds, putting you on the job fast.

Standard Features: Lattice Truss Frame Construction, Operating belt lengths from 60’ -125’, Belt widths from 18” to 60”, Manual Side Folds as Needed for Portability, Heavy Duty Pin-Lift Telescoping Undercarriage, Single Telescoping Axle for 80’ and 100’ Lengths, Tandem Telescoping Axle for 110’ Lengths, Dual Wheels that Pivot to Radial Position, Swivel Plate, Heavy Pit Tow Eye, 5th Wheel Tow, Air Brakes and Flaps, Electric Drive Motor (Dakota Mount), Dodge Gear Reducer (V-belt drive) & Backstop, Lagged Drive Pulley, Wing Type Tail Pulley, Integrated Dakota Screw Take-up, and 3-Ply 330 PIW Belting.

Custom Options: Power Raise, Power Travel Package, Tandem Axle, Hydraulic Top Folds, 1/4” Steel Plate Radial Receiving Hopper, Wrap Drive Package.

 

Stackable Conveyors

DEMI Stackable ConveyorsChannel frame construction provides the rigidity needed to use, transport, and re-use time and again. Transport up to 8 Stackable Conveyors on a legal size load. 3-Ply 330 PIW belting is the standard on our material transfer systems. Belt widths available in 24”, 30” or 36” and in lengths up to 60 feet for stackable conveyors.

Standard Features: Channel Frame Construction, Electric Drive Motor, Dodge Gear Reducer (V-Belt Drive), Lagged Drive Pulley, Integrated Dakota Screw Take-Up, and 3-Ply 330 PIW Belting.

Custom Options: Bolt-on Stands, Pin-On Pin-Lift Radial Undercarriage, Power Raise, Dakota Swivel Plate, Power Travel Package, 1/4” Custom Collecting Hopper, Full Length Guarding, Full Length Side Boards with Skirting, Backstop.
