Pug Mill Mixer

The Dakota Pugmill or “Pug Mill” is designed with Twin Spiral Mixer Shafts that provide superior material blending and high production rates. The Spiral Mixer Shafts incorporate AR 500 Paddle tips, that are rotatable 180° to equalize wear. Our Pugmills Anti-Surging characteristics result in properly blended material moving through the unit, efficiently and effectively, increasing production. Dakota’s Pugmill is a tough and time tested design, built to be a dependable mixer that achieves a consistent product at a low operating cost. Our pugmills can be used in a variety of job applications in the construction and other industries. From stabilized base mixing for roads, lime addition at asphalt plants, cold emulsified asphalt mixing (Cold Mix) to Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) and Flowable backfill.
