Dakota’s custom chassis solutions can accommodate a variety of vibrating screens such as; Vibro-King, Specmaker, Horizontal, and Inclined Screens in single, double or even triple deck configurations. Dakota couples heavy duty I-Beam construction with innovation, for the ultimate modular Horizontal or Inclined vibrating screen plant. The product chute systems, under screen collection, and cross conveyor options give you the ability to easily separate product and maximize plant output. Quick access to the screen is enabled by dual ladders and catwalks on 3 sides, making it much easier to maintain.

Standard Features include: Heavy Duty I-Beam Constructed Chassis, Diamond Plate Catwalks, Dual Access Ladders, Under Screen Collecting Hopper with Adjustable Rubber Flashing, Under Screen collecting conveyor, 1/4” AR Lined Product Chutes, Heavy Duty Support Legs, Dual Tires, Air Brakes, Flaps and Lights.

Optional Equipment: 24” or 30” Cross Conveyors, AR Lined Collecting Hopper, Manual Screw-type Leveling Legs, Hydraulic Leveling Legs, Grip Strut Deck Plating.
